2 Toledo prison employees arrested after handgun fired while intoxicated

BLUFFTON — Two Toledo Correctional Institute employees were arrested Friday at a Bluffton, Ohio campground after Hancock County Sheriff’s deputies say one of them was reportedly firing a handgun while intoxicated.
