110 new jobs at Toledo Express set

A suburban Toledo company that makes devices and tools for aviation ground crews, and recently acquired a Michigan company making airplane tugs, will lease an empty air freight building at Toledo Express Airport — creating 110 new jobs and investing $9.5 million in the process.
