‘100 Works of Art’ envisions murals across Lucas County

Seeking to build on the popularity of several large murals recently painted in and near downtown Toledo, Keep Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful and an artists’ collaborative led by painter Dean Davis announced a plan Monday morning for 100 murals throughout the county.
