Former EdR CEO joins Memphis company's board

Memphis-based Jernigan Capital Inc. has expanded its board of directors to eight members, including one former Memphis CEO.
On Dec. 6, Jernigan Capital announced it added two additional independent board members, joining the current four independent members.
The former chairman and CEO of EdR, Randy Churchey, joins the board a few months after the collegiate housing REIT went private. EdR was listed on the New York Stock Exchange until it was sold to Greystar in September 2018.Also joining&helli
