Changes coming to the Poplar corridor's busiest intersection

Rush hour on Poplar Avenue can be a doozy — especially near a heavily traveled intersection sandwiched between two of the corridor's largest office buildings.The traffic light that connects the nine-story, 339,000-square-foot Crescent Center and the adjacent three-building Triad Centre office complex has seen its fair share of traffic incidents over the years.
