Video shows car driving on Tampa's Riverwalk

ABC Action News has obtained cell phone video of a car driving on Tampa's Riverwalk near the Tampa Bay History Center Wednesday evening. The video shows a red convertible driving along the pedestrian and bicycle area and was recorded by a customer who was eating at the Columbia Cafe along the river.
