Tampa man arrested, accused of attacking jogger and stealing her shorts

Detectives with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested a Tampa man accused of attacking a jogger and stealing her shorts. The sheriff's office said Robert Hembree Jr. grabbed a woman from behind, threw her to the ground and removed her shorts around 3:41 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24 on the Northdale-Lake Park Trail.
