Southbound traffic detoured on Central Ave. and Poplar Ave.

Southbound traffic on Central and Poplar Avenues near Pleasant Drive will be detoured to Pierre Street and Highland Avenue throughout Thursday and part of Friday, Pierre city officials announced in a news release Thursday morning.
