Paddle wheel keeps on turning, needs a safe port in Pierre or Fort Pierre

Riverboat captain Caleb Gilkerson told Pierre city officials on Tuesday he’d like to park his paddle boat, The Sunset, on the causeway in the Missouri River not far from Steamboat Park.
