Jackley convenes 25-member panel on interpreting new Marsy’s Law amendment

The city of Pierre’s attorney, Lindsey Riter-Rapp, who also practices as a defense attorney, is one of 25 people appointed by South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley to his “Marsy’s Law Task Force.”
