Army scraps study of oil pipeline crossing Oahe, paving way to completion

BISMARCK — The Army on Friday formally ended further environmental study of the Dakota Access oil pipeline's disputed crossing beneath Lake Oahe on the Missouri River reservoir in southern North Dakota near the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.
