Judge's refusal to block statue removal stands

A federal judge in Louisiana has again refused to block removal of a Confederate monument from the grounds of a local courthouse. U.S. District Judge Robert James this week denied a motion to reconsider his January decision against the United Daughters of the Confederacy.
