George Rodrigue Foundation of the Arts announces theme for statewide scholarship arts contest

The George Rodrigue Foundation of the Arts announced a call for entries for the George Rodrigue Foundation of the Arts 9th Annual Art Contest. The 2018 GRFA Scholarship Art Contest, "Monsters, Myths, and Legends," has a special meaning to the Foundation.
