City panel to discuss drainage safety in wake of child's death

A city committee will take a look at property standards in the wake of the death of a 7-year-old boy in Shreveport's Ingleside neighborhood. Just days after Daysean Conbest was laid to rest, KSLA News 12 has learned that City Council members are looking at whether more action can be taken to help prevent such tragedies.
