Zinke: Nat'l park fees rising because some get in free

A $70-per-car entrance fee to 17 popular national parks is needed because seniors, the disabled, veterans and fourth-graders are getting in for free or at a discount, U.S. Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke has told a Senate committee.
