WSP: Wrong-way driver, thrown rock cause 2 crashes on I-5 at Tacoma

Two crashes - one caused by a wrong-way driver and the other by a rock thrown from an overpass - blocked traffic for hours Tuesday morning on Interstate 5 near Tacoma, the Washington State Patrol reported.
