Wrong-way driver goes 20 miles, dodges I-5 roadblock before crash in Mount Vernon

A trooper who was keeping pace with the driver in the opposite lanes said her lights were on and the suspect looked her way, but he didn't slow down, according to the Washington State Patrol.
