Woodway widow’s case goes to trial against scope maker in deadly superbug outbreak

Theresa Bigler’s case is the first to go to trial in the U.S. after deadly superbug outbreaks across the country linked to contaminated medical scopes. The Woodway woman is suing Olympus Corp., claiming one of its scopes contributed to her husband’s death.
