Western Washington to see wet conditions, potential landslides

The National Weather Service reports that by Wednesday afternoon Seattle will reach the top 10 wettest Februarys in history, possibly ranking at seven, and we're only halfway through the month.
And conditions through Thursday will be keeping in that vein.
