Western Washington could see record-setting rainfall, landslides

The National Weather Service reports that by Wednesday afternoon Seattle will reach the top 10 wettest Februarys in history, possibly ranking as high as seventh, and we're only halfway through the month. Conditions through Thursday will be keeping in that vein.
