'Welcome to Tweakerville' sign touches nerve in Everett

On Wednesday Gary Watts, the owner of Z-Sport Automotive, put the message on the large sign outside his business at 3532 Smith Avenue just off Interstate 5 on a major gateway to the city. He told MyEverettNews.com he was fed up with the crime surrounding his business.
