Watch: Close encounter with orcas near Deception Pass

Jenny Willkie Bull was paddle boarding near Deception Pass bridge in Oak Harbor on Wednesday when a pod of hunting orcas came nearly close enough to touch. She filmed the group as they passed by, later posting the video to Facebook.
