Washington and Oregon want more answers, change from Amtrak after derailment

The states own most of the Amtrak Cascades passenger cars and cover the operating costs for service that runs from Vancouver, B.C. to Eugene, Ore. They are asking for answers and improvements after Sunday’s accident, in which passengers suffered only minor injuries.
