Two Washington streams make 2017 'America's Most Endangered Rivers' list

The environmental group American Rivers flags the South Fork Skykomish River, near Stevens Pass, plus the Green and Toutle Rivers near Mt. St. Helens, on its annual America's Most Endangered Rivers list.  It warns of a hydro project on the 'Sky, and Canadian miners drilling in the headwaters of the Green River.
