Two SPD Officers Shot During Robbery Investigation in Downtown Seattle

UPDATE 2:25 p.m.: This post has been updated with new information.
The shooting occurred near Madison Street and Western Avenue, just blocks away from the downtown waterfront, the Seattle Police Department announced on Twitter. Officers were investigating a robbery at a 7-Eleven convenience store on 1st Avenue, The Seattle Times reports.
The Times reports that both officers' wounds appear to be minor.
