Trump's Interior Secretary: The 'war on coal is over'

U.S. Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke is moving, along with his boss President Trump, to revive the beleaguered coal industry.  He lifts moratorium on new federal coal leases, but admits "there has not been a rusk in the past few years for coal leases."
