Traffic alert: Bellevue road closures planned next week for light-rail work

Once completed, light-rail trains will emerge from a tunnel, then run on elevated guideways from Bellevue Downtown Station over Interstate 405, before turning to a future station near Overlake Hospital Medical Center.
