Tommy Le attorney: Police shooting inquest reforms only a 'Band-Aid'

With the Friday drop of a report that recommends changes to King County's inquest process that examines fatal shootings by police officers, the attorney for Tommy Le, slain by King County deputies in June, says, "It didn't go far enough."
