Three Ukrainians arrested in hacking plot that hit 47 states; they’ll face justice in Seattle

The operation to steal and then sell debit- and credit-card information is one of the largest cybercrime cases the FBI has handled, in terms of losses, number of victims and the size of the criminal organization, said FBI Special Agent Jay Tabb.
