'This isn't a done deal' but KeyArena revamp moves forward

In a 5-0 vote, the Seattle City Council's arena committee moved the KeyArena renovation agreement between Oak View Group (OVG) and the city out of committee. The memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the two parties will go in front of the full Council next month.
