Theo Chocolate recall: Wrapper says ‘dark chocolate,’ but it’s actually milk chocolate

Some milk-chocolate almond bars were wrongly labeled as Salted Almond 70% Dark Chocolate and are being recalled out of concern for people who are sensitive or allergic to milk.
