The Public Domain Is About to Start Growing Again

At the start of 2019, the United States public domain—which has been frozen in time like Walt Disney's brain—will begin to include new works again. And by "new," I mean works first published in the US in the year 1923, which will all enter the public domain at midnight this New Year's Eve.
