The Lark Cookbook Is Just As Lovely As the Restaurant

When Lark opened in 2003 it was one of the city's first chef-owned restaurants serving small plates of food made with many locally sourced ingredients. You have only to look around at how many current Seattle restaurants fit that description to understand Lark's influence on our dining
