Surprise! Ex-SDOT chief gets bike-share job

Former Seattle Department of Transportation head Scott Kubly, who in 2016 was fined for not disclosing his financial interests while negotiating a city contract with a bike-share company, took a new job negotiating city contracts with a bike-share company.
