Student loan giant Navient under fire for mistreating borrowers

The company faces lawsuits in Illinois, Washington state and elsewhere from regulators, as well as consumers, over its business practices. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau got more complaints about Navient in a recent period than about any other company in any industry.
