Starved Public Disclosure Commission did meaty Eyman probe

Our state's Public Disclosure Commission is something the voters wanted to track political money.  The Legislature, however, has started it for years.   With its investigation of Tim Eyman's initiative empire, however, the PDC shows the value of having a watchdog around.
