Seven Gables and Guild 45th Theatres Are Closed

Two Landmark Theatres, Seven Gables and Guild 45th, are now closed. Landmark is claiming it's for renovations, but a source tells me that this is surely not the case. These theaters are closed for good or indefinitely (which amounts to the same thing).
