Settlement reached in WSU student’s $1 million lawsuit against Pullman police

Kyle North claims he was suffering from a mental health episode in August 2016 when he encountered police, who he alleged threatened him with arrest, pushed him to the ground, used a stun gun on him and grabbed his neck.
