Serious snag in talks to merge T-Mobile, Sprint reportedly jeopardize deal

The companies have been unable to get past differences over valuation, according to a person close to the talks, while several directors at Sprint parent SoftBank have raised concerns about giving up control of the U.S. wireless business, another person said.
