Senate confirms DeVos with VP casting tie breaking vote

The Senate deadlocks 50-50 on nomination of billionaire Michigan charter schools/vouchers supporter Betsy DeVos as U.S. Secretary of Education.  Vice President Mike Pence casts tie-breaking vote to confirm her.
