Earlier this year, before the August primary, the Seattle Times editorial board did its thing and endorsed a bunch of safe, mainstream, largely Chamber-backed candidates for city council. There was one district where they just couldn't make up their minds, though: District 6, covering Ballard and Fremont in northwest Seattle.Incumbent Mike O'Brien is running in that distri
