Seattle rep pushes probe: Could Flynn have been blackmailed?

Rep. Adam Smith, D-Wash., wants a "full investigation" of what the White House knew about National Security Adviser Michael Flynn's "vulnerability to blackmail and exploitation by the Russian government."  Smith is ranking Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee.
