Seattle plans to take over, expand Pronto bike-sharing network

Seattle is working on a city takeover and expansion of the underused Pronto Cycle Share network, doubling the number of bicycles and adding bike stations in more neighborhoods. Mayor Ed Murray’s budget proposal calls for a $5 million city contribution.
