Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan emphasizes need for shared prosperity in first State of the City address

Mayor Jenny Durkan said she plans to provide free transit to all of Seattle’s public high-school students, work with the City Council to pass new rights for domestic workers and propose legislation to encourage construction of greener buildings.
