Seattle cafe wants to showcase Ethiopian-style coffee

Solomon Dubie, 27, wants to update the traditions of his family (originally from Gondar, Ethiopia) and introduce a new, increasingly diverse, generation of caffeine junkies to the coffee he grew up on.
