Schultz: Tax cut should have done more for Americans 'left behind'

The sweeping tax cut enacted by Congress in December was a lost opportunity to do "a lot more to help so many Americans who are being left behind," Starbucks Executive Chairman Howard Schultz tells the FOX Business Network.
