Rusty Democrats begin quest to wrestle state's 'Rust Belt' from Trump

Donald Trump was the first Republican presidential candidate to carry Washington's Pacific County since Herbert Hoover in 1928.  The county's Democrats were eating crab and plotting a comeback last weekend.
