CBS reports that the Texas governor has decided to excuse himself from the field. Reporters apparently got ahold of some remarks the candidate plans to give later on today in St. Louis, which read: "I step aside knowing our party is in good hands, and as long as we listen to the grassroots, the cause of conservatism will be too."WILL BE WHAT, TOO, PERRY?
