Pullman police video shows officer using Taser on former WSU football player

Former Cougars cornerback Treshon Broughton filed a federal lawsuit against the Pullman Police Department, alleging the officers used excessive force, violated his rights and “misrepresented events” to support charges of resisting arrest and obstructing law enforcement, which were later dismissed.
