Puget Sound's 'luckiest' scratch-ticket stores

OLYMPIA -- If you figure to try to harness the "luck of the Irish" this St. Patrick's Day weekend with a scratch ticket, the Washington State Lottery has released a list of its top 10 stores in the Puget Sound region that have handed out the most big winners, which they deem as selling tickets worth $1,000 or more.
